An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Stafford Leys Primary School as an Assistant Headteacher. Stafford Leys is a large 3-form entry primary school in Leicester Forest East.
We want to find an inspirational leader to join our ambitious and forward-thinking team as an Assistant Headteacher from August. We are looking for someone who is the ‘right fit’ for our school and therefore the specific areas of responsibility will be discussed based upon an individual’s key strengths but we seek someone who wants to make a real difference to the lives of our children so that they feel valued and succeed as learners.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have QTS and evidence of continued professional development
• Have the ability to lead and manage teams effectively and efficiently and work with other professionals and agencies
• How to plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate lessons and learning as part of the school curriculum
• Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
