An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at The Pochin School as Cleaner. The successful candidate will work on a part-time, ad hoc basis, with the hours to be claimed via a pay claim form. The anticipated working pattern is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 3.15pm to 5.15pm, although some flexibility may be considered and hours are negotiable.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors, while gaining additional hours within the school.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school, childcare or similar environment
- A strong understanding of cleaning practices, hygiene standards and COSHH
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all areas are cleaned thoroughly and maintained to a high standard
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks within set schedules
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
- An understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality within a school setting
