An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bradgate Education Partnership at Stafford Leys Primary School on a fixed-term basis until 22 August 2027.
We have three exciting opportunities available, all working Monday to Friday:
Position 1: 8:45am to 11:45am Learning Support Assistant
11:45am to 1:15pm Midday Supervisor
Total: 22.5 hours per week
Position 2: 8:45am to 11:45am Learning Support Assistant
11:45am to 1:15pm Midday Supervisor
Total: 22.5 hours per week
Position 3: 12:45pm to 3:15pm Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
11:45am to 12:45pm Midday Supervisor
Total: 17.5 hours per week
As a Learning Support Assistant & Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both in the classroom and during lunchtime, helping to create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment. You may work on a one-to-one basis with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), support small groups, or assist whole classes to achieve their full potential.
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and flexible individuals who are passionate about making a difference to children's educational journey. Previous experience of supporting children with SEND is desirable, although not essential.

The ideal candidate will:
• Be NVQ Level 2 qualified at least (or equivalent)
• Have experience in a classroom environment
• Have experience of supporting SEND in an educational setting
• Have the motivation and passion for being part of a successful school team
• Have good literacy and numeracy skills
• Have the ability to contribute to the progression of learning
