If so, becoming a teacher at Bradgate Education Partnership might just be the best career move you ever make?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and inspiring Teacher of English to join Wreake Valley Academy on a permanent basis from 26th August 2025. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to join the English team who will have a proactive role in developing English further in the school. We are looking for an outstanding teacher with a proven track record of success and raising pupil outcomes. You will join the Bradgate Education Partnership family, a high-performing and supportive network of primary and secondary schools with some of the best teachers in education.

The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver high quality teaching that drives achievement and inspires a love of learning. You will be able to demonstrate experience of achieving positive outcomes for pupils, as well as being passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people. As a committed team player, you will have excellent organisational skills and the natural ability to motivate both pupils and peers.

This role is a rewarding one with a successful candidate having the opportunity to be part of a supportive team and have access to highly supportive subject mentoring with a strong professional development programme to ensure that Teachers Standards are well developed.

Teaching experience will not be a determining factor – we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers (ECT’s) as well as more experienced candidates.

This is an excellent time to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Wreake Valley Academy, as we continue to work collaboratively to deliver a high-quality education and meaningful experiences to our children and young people. • Possess the ability to teach high quality lessons and consistently provide learning opportunities that progresses student’s learning and achievements

• Be a team player – whilst it is important as a secondary school teacher to work independently, there are regular points of the working day and week where working alongside support staff and other teaching colleagues is vital, therefore working as part of a team that is supportive and effective is paramount to the role

In return we offer:

• Opportunities to work across the partnership, developing your skills and expertise

• The opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge and resources
